Chuang, J.-Y. JACoW Publishing Geneva, Switzerland The blade type X-ray beam position monitor is operating in the TPS front end. After a complete calibration process, the XBPM performed a high precision measurement for beam position monitor. This paper reports the current statuses of XBPMs in phase I TPS that discussed with the calibration method and the results after calibration. A long term record of photon beam stability will also be described in this paper.
