| Abstract | This paper presents the design and implementation of a power distribution and monitoring system for a high-power RF solid-state amplifier (SSPA) system at the Taiwan Photon Source (TPS). The system consists of four SSPA towers delivering a combined RF power of 300 kW. Given efficiency and safety considerations, a robust distribution and protection architecture was implemented. The system features remote monitoring and control via a Modbus-connected PLC and HMI, enhancing reliability and operational insight. |
